What’s Classified as an Emergency and What Should You Do?

Your Local Doctors of Audiology

In the situation of an emergency, you take priority on our schedule to ensure you receive the care and attention that you need.

With a strict five-step protocol in place to protect all patients, extra time has been scheduled between appointments for thorough cleaning. This gives us greater flexibility to take care of exceptional cases.

If you have lost your hearing in one or both of your ears, have a situation where your devices are not working and you don’t have the ability to hear, or any situation that needs urgent attention, then our team is here for you.

Your first step is to call your local office immediately for a telephone consultation, in the situation where a telephone consultation is not possible due to the hearing challenges that you’re facing, then please complete the form below.

To protect yourself and other patients, we kindly ask that you do not show up without an appointment scheduled.

Please note: upon arrival, you will have your temperature taken. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or more, you will be rescheduled to at least 14 days in the future.
