Replacement Parts & Batteries

If you need new batteries, domes, or filters, then during this time, we are mailing these to you rather than offering a collection service.

This ensures that you don’t have to enter our waiting rooms and that your safety is our priority.

Check, Cleans, or Repair

If your devices require cleaning, a check, or a repair, then you can drop your hearing devices off for a check or repair, and they will be returned to you within 24 hours.

Please note: Upon arrival, you will have your temperature taken. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or more, you will be rescheduled to at least 14 days in the future
