Here for Your Essential Maintenance Needs

Your Local Doctors of Audiology

To protect your health during these challenging times and to follow the Physicians Hearing Care 5-step protocol, we’re doing all we can to limit ‘non-urgent’ appointments and keep you safe.

However, in some cases, an in-person appointment is required as is explained on this page.

Replacement Parts & Batteries

If you need new batteries, domes or filters, then during this time, we are mailing these to you rather than offering a collection service.

This ensures that you don’t have to enter our waiting rooms and that your safety is our priority.

Simply call your local office or complete the form on this page to request any parts/batteries that you may need.

Check, Cleans or Repair

If your devices require a cleaning, a check or a repair, then you can drop your hearing devices off for a check or repair, and they will be returned to you within 24 hours.

You can call your local office or complete the form on this page.

Please note: Upon arrival, you will have their temperature taken. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or more, you will be rescheduled to at least 14 days in the future
