Nobody could have anticipated the crazy 2020 that we have all experienced.

The way we communicate, buy groceries and receive medical care has completely changed.

Our entire team feel incredibly thankful to have so many incredible patients that have been understanding, and patient during these times as we develop new ways to continue to offer you the highest level of hearing care.

From the introducing of ‘Virtual Appointments‘ to new safety protocols and phone consultations.

Alongside this, we expanded our mailing service. Those with hearing aids could receive fresh batteries by post.

This has included:

1,893 In-Person Appointments

By following new safety protocols, we have been able to continue to support and help patients, prioritizing your health and wellbeing.

256 Phone Consultations

For non-urgent appointments, patients have been able to have phone consultants with our team of hearing care professionals, receiving the guidance and support that they required.

223 Hearing Aid Repairs

With communication being so important during these times, we’ve found innovative new ways to repair and care for technology, and we’re excited to introduce ‘Express Patient Care’ to continue to support patients in a quick, low-contact way.

48 Remote Assistance Adjustments

With the latest technology, we’re able to make adjustments to hearing devices remotely through the power of the internet. During this time, we’ve been able to support patients and make adjustments without them having to travel.

1 (New and Exciting) Remote Fitting

This was new for us, but we were able to send a patient a new set of hearing devices and work with them remotely to fit and make adjustments, allowing them to achieve better hearing without having to leave the safety of their home.

4,920 Batteries Delivered

To continue to support patients, we introduced a new way for patients to receive batteries through the mail, sending 4,920 batteries.

5 Locations Remained Open

Although many hearing care clinics shut their doors during these times, we made the decision to do everything in our power to remain open with new protocols to continue to offer the highest level of hearing care to patients.

1,630 Cups of Coffee

A lot of much-needed coffee has been consumed by our hard-working team!
