Kelly McElligott
Clinical Audiologist
Kelly grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Kelly’s day-to-day schedule is typically split between diagnostic testing for the ENT patients and providing hearing aid services to hearing aid patients. A large part of her day is counseling patients on hearing loss and hearing aid expectations. She enjoys the people, working with the team, and building relationships with patients.
A great moment for Kelly was when a patient with a severe to profound hearing loss came into the clinic having had a difficult time hearing his grandson in the backseat of his car. Kelly connected him with a ReSound Multi Mic accessory that his grandson could wear in the car and this allowed him to hear him better. The gentleman felt safer driving with his grandson afterwards.
Outside of the clinic, Kelly enjoys traveling with friends and family, weightlifting, taking her dog for walks, and exploring new restaurants in her hometown.
