As the receptionist for PHC, she opens the office, takes messages, greets patients, schedules and confirms appointments, tidies up the office, confirms insurance information and benefits, and also assists the audiologists when necessary.
Mattie enjoys helping all the patients and being able to assist residents in the community with their hearing issues.
She also enjoys working with her co-workers who are kind and friendly.
When Mattie is not in work, she enjoys boating, being with family, friends, and her neighbors.
