She has carried that experience into her current role as Director of Hearing Aid Services, where she does a brilliant job managing the Audiologists to ensure that all patients are treated with the best hearing care possible.

Located at Parkwest, you can find Kalyn entertaining her colleagues and patients with her impressive 4-minute Rubix Cube solving skills!

Brandy Breeden, Au.D.

Director of Clinical Services
Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Brandy Breeden is the Director of Clinical Services at Physician’s Hearing Care.

Brandy graduated from LSU in 2008 and went on to complete her Doctorate in Audiology at UT in 2012.

Upon graduation, she worked for several years at the Knoxville VA where she performed comprehensive hearing evaluations and hearing aids fittings for retired military veterans.

Brandy has been quoted saying she loves her profession because “every day we have the capability to change lives,” and that couldn’t be more accurate.

Brandy joined PHC in 2016 where she continues to specialize in diagnostic testing and hearing.

Based at Parkwest, she’s brought her kind and friendly approach to her role as Director of Clinical Services where, when she’s not seeing patients, she’s ensuring the smooth running of our clinical services across multiple locations.

When she’s not changing lives, you can find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen for her family and enjoying good music!

Andrea Plotkowski, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Our highly driven, highly qualified Audiologist Andrea attended Grand Valley University for her Bachelor’s degree before pursuing her Doctorate at Purdue University.

In her short career of 3 years so far, we’re delighted she’s spent two of them here at PHC in our Parkwest practice.

With a real desire to help people live more fulfilling lives with better hearing health, Andrea knew audiology was for her.

Coming from a tiny town of just 10,000 people, Andrea is certainly a big fish in our pond!

Jaclyn V. Drolet, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Highly qualified Jaclyn started her audiology education at Florida State for her undergrad, before moving to the University of Tennessee to complete her doctorate.

Now based in our Parkwest location, Jaclyn has been a treasured member of the team for 2 years.

Owner of the best answer to, “What do you love most about your job?” Jaclyn’s response of, “I just love helping people hear better...oh, and ear wax removal,” always gets a laugh from those who hear it.

A great personality to have around, Jaclyn honed her entertaining skills as a staff member at Disney World!

Kelly McElligott, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Kelly McElligott is a dedicated Clinical Audiologist based at our Parkwest and Tellico Village practices.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Kelly started her career in a private practice, vestibular evaluations, pediatrics, newborn hearing screenings, and adult diagnostics before gracing us all with her talents here at PHC.

Kelly’s motivation comes from helping her patients improve their communication between family members, which is a truly heartwarming feeling for her.

She has been quoted saying that she “loves her profession because she gets to help people to improve the quality of their life,” and you can experience this through her huge smile and level of care that she shows for all of her patients.
