From the moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in the right place - I was greeted with a warm smile. Then I met Dr. Drolet - she made me feel like I was the most important person there. She is very professional, very knowledgeable, but yet, makes you feel that you’ve been friends forever. She made me feel so at ease. She answered all of my questions, and reassured me that all would be okay, and call whenever I needed anything.
I highly recommend Dr. Drolet and this office. Got my new aids today, AWESOME!!!

Dan Butler has been my audiologist for over a decade...maybe longer?! I lose track of time. We'd have to look in my patient file. :)I would not go anywhere else. I have used hearing aids since I was 10 and I am 40 now. The hearing aid technology is amazing and so thankful. This team of professionals have a passion to help the hearing impaired of all ages. Whether it's your first round or 10th round of hearing aids, you should use a professional a.k.a. Audiologist...and they are along side Ear, Nose, and Throat Consultants of East Tennessee. Right now, I wear the Resound in the ear hearing aids in both ears. Thanks Dan Butler and staff for all you do! Oh, and Dan, please don't plan on retiring for many more years!
